How can i make my Visual Studio community 2015 to be compatible with building android and iOs apps?
I also want to please ask if it is possible to build a website in ASP.NET and then making it work in mobile devices as an online application, using the same codes, same database and web pages without having to build an android application from scratch?
More like converting a website built in Visual Studio 2015 (ASP.NET) into an app to work on android and iOs devices without changing or altering anything like web forms, code and using the same database. If so,
will the conversion be offline or you must connect to the internet to be able to effect the conversion.

A mobile app is completely different from building a website.. That would be a start-from-scratch effort. (Which you can do in Visual Studio, separately from building a website.)
A website that works on phones, on the other hand is a matter of designing it that way from the start: make it responsive.

You can design a mobile app to look similar to the website, and you can access the same data. But you'll do it differently. You write mobile apps in code that can be compiled to iOS and Android, either by writing native code separately for each version
of your App, or by using code (such as Xamarin) that can be compiled to both. You create methods, such as web APIs, your mobile apps can use to fetch data. And you distribute an app (and need a license to do that from Apple and from Google) while you only
need to host a website.
