I want to use less files to style my project. I install dotLess package but I could not config it because I found only its config in Web.config file in websites. but as I told in ASP.net core we don't have web.config and we have appsettings.json file. Can
you help me how to add .less files in my project?

It does not appear this package is maintained and does not have asp.net core support. You can use the command line version or switch to the webcompiler which visual studio supports:
Also, less appears to have lost the battle to sass.

Just add the .less file to your project and then use Gulp to compile to css.
I also agree that you should probaby skip Less and use Sass instead.
