I'm testing Blazor Server Side in a load balanced environment. I understand from the documentation on state management and
scalability that load balanced environments must have sticky sessions enabled in order to maintain an open circuit, and that we must manually preserve state that needs to survive across circuits. My issue is that it appears that an ungraceful circuit termination
(i.e. loss of an instance) always requires that the user refresh the browser in order to continue using the application. Is this expected behavior? Provided that I maintain application state on my own, is there a way to reestablish a new circuit without
requiring the user to refresh the page?
