Hi, I have an application of another programmer that in one point the loading is 50 sec. So I try to show the code and is correct for the structure of application and now if I want to speed the page I have to make many changes.
So I try to upgrade the database performance on azure and add new instance to azure application but nothing changes.
I have doubt because I have seen that if I try to run the application on my locale machine, the loading is 17 sec not 50 sec....why???Now azure I use a good azure package...
1) Azure database-Azure application loading 50 sec.
2) Azure database-Run local application in my coumputer 17 sec...
Why??Any idea where I have to inspect??

Please check the service tier (is it Free and Shared?) and region (is it far away from your current region?) of the App Service plan that your app run in.
Besides, you can try to use
browser F12 developer tools Network to check the relative timing that each item on a webpage takes to load and render.
And, for further questions about Azure App services, you can also post on following forum.

You may have set the region of your services to be located far away from each other.
As to inspect, try here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/sql-database/sql-database-metrics-diag-logging
