I have an Angular app who uses Angular/Firebase for authentication.
Now I want this frontend calling my .NET Core 2 API to get data.
All my .NET Core methods have [Authorize] annotations, meaning they need to be authenticate to have access.
Since they are being authenticated via Firebase/Angular, how I create this connection with my .NET Core API saying the user is logged in and can have access to the API's ?

This will depend on the authentication provider you are using, your angular code should be able to get a authentication token that you pass to the core api typically as a bearer token. You add (or code) middleware that converts the token to a .net credential
with roles, or claims.
