I am calling a web service. In the response I am getting date as follows, there are 3 hours difference. Should I use AddHours?

Z is Zulu time or UTC.

Do you mean that UTC time is different from your local time by three hours? Then you want to convert time through the AddHours method?
If so, you should use DateTime.ToLocalTime Method to convert the UTC to local time.

I think you misunderstand. The Z at the end of the time is UTC.
Similar to many of your posts, there is not enough information. I suspect either your test is flawed or you have a code issue.

If you are going to a db with this date, then store it as UTC (mgebhard seems to indicate Z = UTC).
Then convert to local time for human consumption.
