I want to use .NET Core without install it on a host machine? I.e. how to use .NET Core installed on a Docker image for compilation my apps? I want to do something like docker run dotnet build…

Have a look for example at https://docs.docker.com/engine/examples/dotnetcore/
if using VS 2019 (even Community) see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/containers/overview?view=vs-2019

Yes I have looked it. But there said how to add compiled app to docker image. I use Linux and don't want install .NET Core but want to call it from image. I used PHP CLI like this:
$ docker run --rm -v $(pwd):/app -w /app php:cli php hello.php
So I hope I'll can use .NET Core in a similar way.
