I want to combine 2 dbs into one.
I have just concerns about performance (especially because of the first query slowness problem because of table mapping)
Therefore I wanted to ask.
how many tables entity framework core can handle safely without any slowness problem?

Don't know but from a design perspective, I would try too keep a separate context for each "topic" rather than to bring each and every table from a complex db into a single DbContext.
If I remember you are using EF Core? See https://hackingmonkeys.com/blog/2018-03-24/ef-core-multiple-db-contexts-schemas-and-projects

does it increase performance?
forexample the web site I designed www.rabiestest.gov.tr has slow first query problem. It has 25 tables in it.
if I had 2 dbcontexts one of them had only 1-2 table for login could it speed up loading time of my web site (in first use)?

You seem to be usinf EF6 based on other posts you have made. Maybe the link will help you.
