I am working on upgrading existing Razor pages (v4.0.30319) application to asp net core razor pages application. The application use to conditionally render help page on different pages using below approach:
What is the best suitable alternate to achieve similar functionality in net core razor pages application? Please note that I am using asp.net core 2.2.

The equivalent to RenderPage in Razor Pages is either a partial or a view component:
You would use a view component if your help page relies on any significant amount of logic, e.g. fetching data from the database. If all the data that you need for the help page is already available in the calling page's model, you can use a partial page
and pass the current model in.

In asp.net core, @RenderPage is replaced by @Html.Partial or @await Html.PartialAsync
