Anyone tell me how to dig to in to performance issue. Slowness happening on Response Set header section. I am not a developer but wanted to identify the issue.

What exactly are you showing us; a trace?. I assume the actual code processing the response is causing the 30 second response. What is the code doing?

Yes , it a trace from IIS. I am unable to identify the coding which takes 30 seconds .

Do you mean you do have access to the source code but doesn't known at all for now where to look at ? The first step would be likelly to see which url is causing this issue. Knowing the rule, you should be able to understand which code to look at.
If you don't have the code, you do have tracing tools but it's harder to use and I'm not sure if you'll get them some value from them.
You don't have developer inside your company that could hep ?
