If you have to use images to illustrate your issue, you must upload them to a public image hosting service somewhere and then insert them in your post by adding their URL to the Source input in the Insert/Edit image command on the toolbar in the post editor.
Also, what has your question to do with ASP.NET? Are you trying to run a .NET Core application on Linux?

Seems you are hiding the exception that happens (which is considered bad). If entering the catch block you should log Exception.ToString() to see which error you have.

I see the error below
"sendfailure (error writing headers) "

Seems you are using just Exception.Message rather Exception.ToString() ? Not sure to see which headers are written.
Seems you are trying to use a GET request to see of a 3rd party site can be reached ?

It is a internal site.We are not using any 3rd party site.

Doing a search on the error message I found:
which seems to point to an SSL issue. A browser doesn't shown any warning about the certificate. You are using an IP address rather than the host name ? Always use the host name rather than the IP address.
Unlike what is suggested I would not just ignored this error (just for testing) but would inspect the reported problem and would do my best to fix it).
