im new to asp.net core, i knew asp.net web application, which has many server side events like page_load, button_click, etc., as we can write client side scripts using java script so, below are my doubts

ASP.NET core does not use an event driven model like Web Forms. However, events themselves work the same in Core.

MVC and Razor Pages use Model Binding. Essentially, the input names are mapped to Model Property names.

What you describe is the "Web Forms" programming model which is not available in ASP.NET Core. Instead you have MVC or
