When I try to my web application.. its shows the following error in Internet Explorer.
There were too many redirections.
Error Code: INET_E_REDIRECT_FAILED
Cleared the cookies and even though reset the IE Browser. But still the issue is persist, please provide suggestions to solve this issue. (In other browser facing same type issue).

This issue usually happens when you are redirected from the original URL to a new one but unfortunately fall in to an infinite redirect loop.
The browser detects this situation, and it breaks the loop and shows the error message.
The reason why you are stuck in this loop can be the problem of the server or of the end user.
Besides clearing the cookies, I suggest that you could check if there is a wrong browser extension.
You could try to block the third-praty cookies in Internet options.

AFAIK, the problem causing by redirection looping.
Such as page A redirect to page B and page B redirect to page A
Recheck your code that causing redirect

A common issue is misconfiguring authentication ie trying to go to a page and then being redirect to the login page which is not public causing then to be redirected again and again to the login page.
Use F12 Network in your browser (and the "preserve log" option) to see which page(s) are involved. If the login page is involved make sure anonymous users are authorized to access to the login page.
