I have 2 Tablix in a single report. Can we set different Orientation of the Tablix. 1 in Landscape & another in Portrait

According to your description, it is possible for us to set different Orientation of the Tablix. You could use a matrix to simulate simple horizontal tables and then specify the WritingMode property of all cells
in the matrix to Vertical.

I have 2 Tablix. In Report Properties i have Custom size 60 By 40 cm. 1 Tablix has only 4-5 fields . When i export this Tablix to Pdf its size shows 45 % . I want it to be be 100%. Is there any thing that can be done at design level.
Another Tablix has 20-30 fields i.e is ok

According to your description,It depends on the Tablix or List which you are using to display the data. Normally Report Size & Width would be 8.5X11. If the Tablix or list width is increasing more than 8.5 inchs, then the report will span in 2 pages.
First check Tablix width, if it is less than 8.5, then adjust Report Properties->Page Setup->Left 0.15 in,right:0.15 in,Top 0 in, Bottom 0in. If it is more than 8.5 inches, then try to adjust and start the Tablix from 0in location, and start each control
in Report from 0 location.
