Am using window.open() in java script to open child window from parent window. But when child is opened then in parent window is getting disturbed like buttons, labels are.... And also variables are being nullified. Is there any option to hold parent window
controls as it is even if child is opened..

as window.open() has no effect on the current page, your code is probably doing a post back. most likely you attached the open window code to a submit or navigation event and are not cancelling the event.

As bruce says, window.open() has no effect on the current page, it will directly open a new browser window to show another page's information, like below:
I guess you want to use model popup which will open the window inside current page and could go back to the parent page.
If this is your requirement, I suggest you could try below solution to achieve your requirement.

you can apply target="_blank" in <a> tag
