I have an aging website that I am trying to upgrade. It is written with ASP visual basic webforms and bootstrap - and a messy database. Unfortunately its original developer made some poor choices. I am looking for developers who know these methods well,
so they can efficiently upgrade the website to cleaner paradigms (maybe .NET core w/ MVC). I am hoping to hear some replies from developers who are free to help.

If you are looking for someone doing that for you try rather https://forums.asp.net/59.aspx/1?Jobs
Or if you are looking for advices about doing that yourself we would need to get an explanation about the very first problem you have in upgrading (or apparently rewriting ?) this site.
An interim approach could be to use for example https://weblogs.asp.net/dwahlin/asp-net-4-5-web-forms-features-model-binding to really just "modernize" rather than
to rewrite this app.

Welcome to ASP.NET forums.
I am looking for developers who know these methods well, so they can efficiently upgrade the website to cleaner paradigms (maybe .NET core w/ MVC).
If you have any problems/questions about the Visual Basic code/methods in the old website, please feel free to post in Visual Basic .NET sub forum.
