I am upgrading an MVC application from MVC3 to ASP.Net Core with target .Net Framework 4.6.1
The application is upgraded and it is working fine.
But, now I have a requirement to include few reports created in Crystal Report 2008 to this upgraded application.
I have used Crystal Report in previous versions of MVC, where we used a .aspx page to include the CrystalReportViewer and the reports displayed perfectly.
But, how can we achieve this for an ASP.Net core application? I did not find any options to include an ASPX page in the core application.
Thanks in advance!

Hi SreejaV ,
After researching whether Crystal Report is applicable to .net core projects，currently it does not.
Please see SAP Crystal Reports 2016 Supported Platforms (PAM)
And you could refer to what Don Williams said in below link
If you want more information , I would suggest you submit a Crystal Report issue in
Best Regards ,

there s nothing "light" about the .net core framework. it is the replacement for the old framework. while it as a subset of backward compatibility, it is the server version of choice, and the next release, will be the desktop app version of choice.
it appears crystal reports is just a "dead" product which SAP is milking to the end.
