I have sql server and mongodb to fast querys. Is this a good architecture to a new system?

It seems that you'd like to separate your system to a html front-end application using Angular and two back-end service applications for accessing SQL database and mongodb, which would have flexibility and easy maintenance advantages.
Besides, if your nodejs application are also used to expose RESTful web services for your front-end consuming, as bruce mentioned, you can use either ASP.NET web api or nodejs to build REST web services, not necessary to divide it as two independent part.
