I can no longer jump through code with F11. Have to now go to 'Debug' Tab and Select 'Step Into' for each step ...... very frustrating but probably simply fixed (if only I knew). Thanks in anticipation.

VS2017 went haywire all of a saddened on one machine and wouldn't start. I simply went to Control Panel/Add Remove Programs uninstalled and reinstalled VS2017 and went on about my business. It's something you can do when all else fails.

According to your description, I suggest you could try to go to Tools>Options and there to Environment>Keyboard. Type into the text field with the title "Show commands containing:" the term "StepInto". This filters the list below. Select "Debug.StepInto".
Check if F11 is registered for "Global".
More details, you could refer to below image:
If you have already set the F11 as global, I suggest you could create a new project to test F11 is work well.
