An error message display on screen “SQL Server Table Corruption Error”. I don’t know the reason of this error. I already applied SQL Server Management Studio but it did partial recovery.
Our team want to restore all things without any loosing data integrity. Please Help!

i'm not an expert BUT for me the best way it's used a backup ...
If you don't have a backup ...sorry i can't help you ..but perhpas some other guys can help you ..
BACKUP DATABASE yourDBName TO DISK = 'E:\backUpName.BAK'
RESTORE DATABASE yourDBName FROM DISK = 'E:\backUpName.BAK'

It depends on the corruption, What actually get corrupted, whether it is recoverable or not.
If you have backup then you may try to refer links below may help you.
Recover a Database Without Restoring Data (Transact-SQL)
Complete Database Restores (Full Recovery Model)
Complete Database Restores (Simple Recovery Model)
Further, You may try to use any third party application or service which can able to restore the database.

I used “Complete Database Restores (Full Recovery Mode)” but it restores partially data.
I also searched this problem over the web & found some third party stuffs:
But, I can’t afford any third party solution. Please suggest any freeware.

You need to learn how to restore a corrupt backup file ( you may not be able to restore them ). Search sqlskills for articles from Paul Randal and you may be able to start to work on your restore.

It is possible that your backup file does not contain the latest data of it is little old backup file.
So when you restore the data from it, It does not recover all the data.
In that case you will not be able to recover all the data.
Third party services will not be available in free.
You also try to use complete database restores(simple recovery model)
