Hi Good Day,
Is there's a way to deploy multiple projects has its own database each of them but they can share the same log in information from a common database using c# MVC.
what i did before is to make a single solution single project but as the project goes on i added multiple modules like Employee Management , Document Tracking, Inventory System, Community Profile among others in a single database and now they are consuming
Is it wise to combine this Modules/Projects in a Single Database? or is it better to have their own database and just share the common login database?

It seems you are worried that too much data is saved in a single database.
The easiest way to mitigate your problem is to save your tables that have no obvious relationship into different databases.
Another way to mitigate your problem is to use Read and write separation.

If you want to share the common login database. You could use SSO.
