In my opinion, the Microservices are groupings of lightweight services, interconnected, although independent of each other, without direct coupling or dependency.
Microservices allow flexibility in terms of infrastructure; application traffic is routed to collections of services that may be distributed across CPU, disk, machine and network as opposed to a single monolithic platform designed to manage all traffic.
So I don't suggest you use MVC to create the microservice.
I suggest you could consider using web api.
You could create independent process for web services using the OWIN (Open Web Interface for .NET).
You could see an example for implementing a self hosting web service (not require IIS) in:
With tjos, you could implement your microservices like self-hosting services in one or more machines.
Then you can build some API Rest queried by your application, used like a central point of acces, a Facade pattern, every request will be turned to one of your minions-microservices.

I think you need to go through this for better idea of what you are trying to accomplish
There are list of benefits, overhead, complexity, implementation and other factors discusses, generally micro services are small and independent in other words simple but as a whole system is complex.
There is also an implementation of sample project
This will give you clear idea.
