Are you looking for URL below?
Extensions for the Visual Studio family of products
You can get desired extensions from this link and it will get installed in visual studio. You not need to add Market Place as nugget package manager.
What is the Visual Studio Marketplace and how can I use it?

I want to be able to go to the Nuet package manager in visual studio, click the "Package Source" dropdown and select the market place, so I can browse and download packages directly from visual studio.

I don't think you can do that. Nuget is package to be used in the solution you are building, while Market is for extensions to Visual Studio itself. They are two different things.

Ok you're right. I was doing a tutorial from a book and I thought the author said to download a package from nuget, but it was actually an extension through the 'Extentions and updates' feature.
