I have a form which after I click the "Preview" button, it will make some calculation and re-display the form in preview (readonly) mode. Should I create another view for that or I can reuse my view to do this?

there are both correct, but if you want to reuse the same view, you can send a parameter to your view and check it for preview mode then with jquery you can add read-only class to all controls

Personally i prefer the separate views. I will keep my views as easy to understand as possible, it's easier to implement and maintain . Suppose if the requirement changed , you may cost a lot of time to modify your code and split the views based on
the requirement .
