I have an MVC 5 project and I upgraded my nuget packages in two steps. First upgraded all packages except bootstrap. Everything was fine.
Then upgraded Bootstrap, where the upgrade takes it from bootstrap 3 to 4.
Now even though I can compile and run the project successfully, I see about 40 errors in the bootstrap.css file:
Error errors Expected RBRACE ....\bootstrap.css 34
I also see 1100 warnings:
Warning Validation (CSS 3.0): "-ms-flex-positive" is not a known CSS property name.
Warning unqualified-attributes Unqualified attribute selectors are known to be slow.
And many more...
If you know that problems is please let me know.
I appreciate your help.

You upgraded Bootstrap but most likely you did not update your source files like the layout, Views, and bundling.
Go to the Bootstrap site and read the migration procedures.
There's rumbling that Visual Studio will get upgraded templates but I'm not sure when. At this point you are on your own. I'm in the same boat just have not made the conversion yet.

Awesome thanks for the reply. I don't have to upgrade, so I will leave it on version 3 until the VS templates come out.
