Phrases like "it does not work" are to vague to make a guess. What was the error? Is there any way you can post your code?
Keep in mind, VS 2015 comes with ASP Identity and security templates out-of-the-box.

I have a CreateUserWizard in my registrationpage.aspx
<forms loginUrl ="login.aspx"
defaultUrl = "Welcomepage.aspx" />
<compilation debug="true" targetFramework="4.0"/>

You using the ancient ASP Membership provider. The provider has been around a long time and there is a lot of documentation.
As stated above, Visual Studio comes with login templates (ASP Identity) out-of-the-box. I suggest you start with the ASP Identity tutorials.
The configuration file posted above is not enough information to understand what problem you are trying to solve. If you are trying to change the connection string then simply update the connection string in the web.config file according to the ASP Membership
