I have a web application which I've download from internet. It upload file to azure cloud. I has a feature that if file already exits then it display message that file already exits. working as expected. However, every is done at server level.
I would like to know how can I check file already exit using jquery.
server core is using : AzureStorageUri , AzureStorageKey, AzureAccountName , AzureShareName from app setting.
I am new to azure. please help

According to your description, I don't suggest you directly use jquery and storage key to access azure service.
It is not security.
All the jquery codes could be found in the client browser.
eI suggest you could create a web api or web mehtod in code-behind.
Then you could use jquery ajax to send the request to backend to access your azure storage.
