I have an ASP.Net web page that displays data in 2 gridviews. The data for both comes from the same database table. If the value is 1 in the field start, then the data is in gridview 1. If the valus is 0, then the data is in gridview 2. I'd like to have
the user be able to drag and drop rows from one gridview to the other, which would change the value of that field each time. Is there a way to do that?

the two gridviews . You could refer to below sample which match your requirement :
Another way is using Jquery controls . JQuery UI supports drag & drop which you could use as a base for your solution: http://jqueryui.com/demos/sortable/#connect-lists.
