so this is my first look on asp.net, I'm almost a noob at it, since I don't know how to

As per your question and need, I recommend you use client side tab handling check following solutions!

According to your description, as far as i know, you could try the following tutorial about how to trigger click event to html element.
execute serverside code on div click:
Usually, we don't operate it through this method, you say only want to realize the element visible. I think you could operate it through jQuery or use the jQuery plugin directly.
Change DIV based on clicked TAB:
