i have worked with resource to localize web site content. i saw just setting threading culture and UI culture is sufficient to load right localize data from resource file.
so please some discuss with example that how to localize url. say my url is
http://www.mysite.com/de/catalogue/3/ but it should be
please guide me. thanks

Keep in mind that the user requests the resource and the application servers the resource. In other words you cannot force the user to request http://www.mysite.com/de/Katalog/3/.
Just a thought... you could craft the app to render all the links in the desired language according to the route or browser culture setting. Then use URL rewriting or extend the MVC pipeline (ProecssRequest) to retrieve the target controller and action.
Otherwise you could create a controller for every language.

Try a vendor site but AFAIK urls are rarely localized. I would really make sure there is a real benefit first.
