I need to integrate an asp.net web page with an existing wordpress site. I understand since wordpress is hosted on php server, it's not possible. Is there any wordaround to do so?

WordPress runs on both Windows and Linux. (PHP runs on both.) But only asp.net Core can run on Linux. If you are on a Windows server, and if your hosting account offers asp.net, you could put your page up. But if you are on a Linux server, your page
would need to be Asp.Net CORE, and the Linux server would need to be set up for Asp.Net Core.

Host ASP.NET site another server, and access the page via iframe by Wordpress page, or host both apps on Windows server. You can run PHP site on Widnows server.

there's not such a thing as a PHP server. Likely you mean a Linux machine on which PHP is installed and run. PHP also runs on other platforms like Windows but as you also mentioned Wordpress likely it's going to be some flavor of Linux.
Now, as already suggested you can make a page that has an iframe and the source of that points out to the ASP.NET page. I did such things in the past and that works pretty well.
If you want to run everything on the same server and it's indeed a Linux machine then you might want to check out ASP.NET Core which can also run on Linux (first check if the flavor of the Linux installed on the Wordpress server is supported by ASP.NET Core).
