I Have a solution which contains the bunch of class libraries which is developed by .Net framework 4.6.2. I have to convert those
class libraries into .Net core. Is there any best and fastest way to convert instead for rewrite the code.

Do you resolve your issue by the suggestion from bruce?
As my experience, there is no need to rewrite the code. You may create a new core library, then paste the class code and then fix the reference. It is much fast if the .net framework could be converted to .net core.
By the suggestion from bruce, you could analyze whether .net framework library could be converted to .net core.
