I am getting this error when I am trying to update the database by the package manager (asp.net MVC (migration)), and when I am trying to add a new SQL database item, and when I am trying to make anew connection in vs 2013
I had been enabled the 1433 port in the firewall and enabled the TCP/IP and installed SQL Server Express after removing SQL Server 2014 and nothing happened.
The message is
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL
Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 56 - Unable to load the SQLUserInstance.dll from the location specified in the registry. Verify that the Local Database Runtime feature of SQL Server Express is properly
and this is the connection string

Hi Muhammad Nashat,
According to your problem, I found several techniques, hope them will be helpful.
1.Please make sure your database engine can accept remote connections.
2.Check the SQL Server Configuration Manager to make sure the SQL server services is on.
3.In Sql Server Configuration Manager, select IP Addresses(Tab) and go to the last entry IP All and mention TCP Port 1433.
4.Besides, someone reinstalled VS and then everything works Because he unchecked some SQL server fearure when he installed VS in the last time.
