I have a project that implements MVVM pattern. Project locates at my repository https://github.com/daviatorstorm/BibaViewEngine. I want to use Microsoft.AspNetCore namespace as a root namespace of my project. Then deploy package to nuget. Can I do so?

I think it is not so good idea. I'm sure you should have your namespaces (or their beginning part) the as the name of your assembly. And it should contain your name, your product name or your company name as s prefix to avoid confusion.

Do you use BibaViewEngine as Project name and want to add library with root namespace Microsoft.AspNetCore, if so, you could, but it is not recommended, as Microsoft.AspNetCore has specific meaning. If you want to change the project name
to Microsoft.AspNetCore, you can’t, otherwise, you will get below exception.
The package ID 'Microsoft.AspNetCore' is not available.
