Could anybody please help me to implement login functionality on React with Redux template in visual studio 2017 using .net core 2.0.
Normally, we will use React + Redux on the frontend and ASP.NET Core 2.0 for the backend api to enable the user register and user login.
I suggest you could try to follow this Tutorial & Example to know how to build user registration and login functionality.
More details, you could refer to this article:

Thanks Brando for reply. Acutal problem with the react-redux template of visual studio 2017 core 2.0 is we have two boot files in the given template. boot-client and boot-server.tsx. What ever the routes in the Routes.tsx file will access those routes
in boot-client and boot-server files. Based on this architecture I am unable to implement login screen implementation. The template itself consists of typescript and well structed redux store. we want to use same. If possible can we have same approach
on tsx format for login screen.

the server file is the server side pre-render. you can have render the login form, but it can not login, as there is no user input. is your startup page a login, or does it just have a link?
note: you redux should have a value that indicates the login is required.
