I think you could try to use ZXing.NET to retrive QR Code data.
var barcodeReader = new BarcodeReader();
var barcodeBitmap = (Bitmap)Bitmap.FromFile("Your file");
var barcodeResult = barcodeReader.Decode(barcodeBitmap);
TextBox1.Text = barcodeResult.Text;
You could install zxing.net in nuget:

Browsers do not interface with local computer resources, this includes devices connected to the USB post, without installing software that adds a plugin to the client browser. I believe barcode scanners that act as a keyboard are available. Otherwise consult
your bar code scanner documentation to figure out if your barcode scanner works with a browser or contact support for your bar code scanner and ask for assistance.

Can u give me more details on barcode scanner keyboard and if I scan that should bind in aspx textbox.. need one example with complete details to understand...
Well, no. I don't have time to do your research.
First it is important to understand the limitations of a browser when it comes to interfacing with local resources. Second you need to read the documentation that comes with the barcode scanner to determine if it will work with a browser. Perhaps contact
the the barcode scanner manufacturers and ask for assistance.
the image and returns the barcode number to the client.
I suggest that you take the time to learn about the technology your are trying to implement. For example, look into barcode scanner that function in a browser based application also look into for barcode imaging processing software that work with a web
camera. Then pick a solution that best fits your project requirements.

As stated above, read the documentation that comes with your barcode scanner! If your barcode scanner works like a printer then all you have to do set focus to an input (textbox) and scan. You should see the barcode in the textbox. If not, then either
you need to install the barcode scanner driver or is the scanner does not work directly with a browser. Either way you need to consult support for the barcode scanner not an ASP support forum.
