Ok but don't you think some more context would help.
I assume it is when using a SQL Server tool from Visual Studio ? Which version of Visual Studio and SQL Server are you using ?
You could also do a search for the error message to see what others have done (you are not using SQL Server 2000 ???)

The message is clear: you must have SQL Server 2005 beta 2 or later. Why you need that is unknown because you didn't tell us what you were trying to do when you got that error.
