I have Installed My ASPX page in Local IIS, sometime my app works very fast some time very slow
Whats the issue?
1) Is any issue coz in that PC internet modem attached and internet also available?
2) Is i need to configure PC Local IP like 192.168.X.XX in IIS..?
3) How to find what cause to load very page very slow?
4) If internet drops will my app also load slow?
Please clear this doubt...

Post your code. Let us see what you have going on. If you are running over a modem then yes it will load slowly. If you are running the page in a development environment then it depends on your PC.
Discuss your configuration and hardware performance information.
Are you loading any external libraries over the modem connection?

You can test the load times right in Visual Studio using the Diagnostic tools available in version 2013 and up. you can also use the developer features in various browsers to see what is loading and taking time.
In version 2015 and up there is the Menu option Analyze that will also review your code. Reference the Microsoft web site for how to do this.

it's going to be slow when the solution is initially used for the day, or when IIS takes the application out of scope for idleness, because the ASP.NET must be complied each time before it can be used.
