Encoding Assets automation process -azure media service

Team,
We have media library in storage account with blob, We need to automate those blob storage file to transfer the Azure media assets and encode it and mapping with original file with newly created encoded meta tag.
Can you guys suggest best workflow to automate this process.

We have done it though cloud service and working fine.
