Firstly, thank you for your patience in addressing my issue as I am new to deploying SSRS inside .NET solution.
My problem is that everytime I attempt to access a my website, and more specifically, a page that has an SSRS report, I get a prompt in Google Chrome (similar prompt in IE): "Authentication Required [URL] requires username and password. Your connection to
this site is not secure"
Any other page does not pose a problem - which leads me to believe it is not an IIS permission but an SSRS permission. Maybe there is a way to allow anonymous access in the Report Server Configuration?
Thank you very much in advance,

possible reasons can be due to SSL Certificate.
try to open the same page on multiple machines to check it gave same kind of error or not or just one machine has this issue.
also try to check whether it causes issues because of your firewall or antivirus program.
it can also be caused by the malware on your machine. so you can try to scan for it.
other thing you can do is try to set DNS manually and try to test it.

Great question. I apologize for not providing that earlier. Here is my markup (from the Site.master - as the reports are driven from the menu):
<iframe id="reportFrame" width="100%" height="100%" runat="server" style="background: #FFFFFF;" />
<asp:ContentPlaceHolder ID="ContentPlaceHolder1" ClientIDMode="Static" runat="server">
And here is the code behind (Site.master.cs):
protected void Menu1_MenuItemClick(object sender, MenuEventArgs e)
if (e.Item.Text == "Open Jobs")
reportFrame.Attributes["src"] = "http://220.127.116.11/ReportServer/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?%2fDemo%2fOpen+detail&rs:Command=Render";
Not sure if there is an attribute that I can pass the credentials in? That would be very nice.
Thank you very much for your time, btw. I really appreciate it.

based on your answer, I will suggest instead of providing direct url in the menu as it may create loop whole to your report server.
Create one page and in the page open the report.
Also on page redirection you can send your report name. as query string base on the query string render report.
Also instead of Iframe can you use some jquery plugin for rendering report. It will load report fastly.
Thanks And Regards,
