It seems your question is related to Internet or Intranet connectivity. Generally, if a browser cannot open a link then there must be an issue with the network.
Are you receiving an error? Perhaps a 404 which means the app is working but there is a bug? Or a 500? Or is the error that the site cannot be reached?

I think the reason is your web app is using windows authentication.
Could you open the web site which is not using windows authentication?

no such error message.
I am getting error as below when try to click the link in mailbox.. iPhone
Safari couldn't open the page because the server stopped responding.
If i remove the authentication, then also getting same error. I found from some link that the asp.net components + ajax components won't load in iPhone as those are meant for windows OS.

if I remove the authentication part, then also getting same result.
I don't think asp.net components +ajax components are compatible with iPhone operating system.

That is simply not correct.
The error is usually related to a network issue. It can also be your web app is not running or configured correcty.

My understanding is that you can't reach the web site at all. Try perhaps the simplest HTML page you can and see what happens.
For now it seems a configuration issue with this "Airwatch" product.
