I want to setup server on ubuntu with my app, what use Windows Auth. All users works on Windows 10/7 Pro workstations on Domain.
On IIS and WebListener on Windows host all works fine.
Is any one know how to setup it on Ubuntu/Linux ??

there is no builtin windows authentication for Linux. windows authentication requires an IIS host.
1) You can use forms authentication, and an AD authentication provider,
2) or you could use kerberos. see the kerberos support for your selected linux reverse proxy.

This answer is no longer true. According to microsoft documentation, it should be possible to do with negotate authorization.

Only Kerberos negotiation is supported. Your windows domain controller must have Kerberos configured correctly.
note: http/2 is not supported, you must use a http 1.1
