just read a article on VueJS from here
they said VueJS is progressive and reactive framework but they did not clarify what they try to mean progressive and reactive framework ?
so if anyone knows anything about why VueJS is consider as progressive and reactive framework then please let me know. thanks

the "progressive" means its implemented as additional markup to html. it basically a template model bound to a data model. if the model is updated the browsers html is updated, that is it reacts to model updates.
it approach is similar to react, but its a template based view engine as opposed to react's component based view engine.

in angularjs there is a concept called template which load when user click on any link and data is bound to that template. so can we say angularjs also a progressive and reactive framework ?
