My application migrated from .net framework 3.5 to 4.6 and deployed in the production few months back.Recently few users are reported an issue, page is not responding to any action(Submit, cancel and print buttons in the page) performed
on the page even cancel button click. The page consist of report viewer and rdlc file to view the user data. This is reproducible only in the production. Please help me to trace and fix the issue.

Lets take into consideration your statement about it happening in the production environment only. Lower environments are generally setup the same as the production environment; however, there hardware may be less due to the fact that the load is going
to be less. Have you checked to see if the production database server is being over utilized? This would cause issues.
Also, going back to being over utilized, what else is running when the users have issues on the DB Server. If you have long running scripts, this can either lock tables and/or consume a lot of resources that would cause other requests to be processed slowly.

page is not responding to any action
Is the page crashed? Or no event is fired?
Do you get any error message in browser console?
The page consist of report viewer and rdlc file to view the user data.
What's the version of your report viewer? I think you could try to use the latest stable version.
You can refer to link below for tutorial of using RDLC and report viewer:
