Whenever I install a package from nuget i can see it as a reference only but i cant see JS files in my root lib, Only bower packages install files in that dir, any reason why?

Bower calls itself "A package manager for the web." Within the .NET ecosystem, it fills the void left by NuGet’s
inability to deliver static content files. For ASP.NET Core projects, these static files are inherent to client-side
libraries like jQuery and
Bootstrap. For .NET libraries, you still use
NuGet package manager.

Which packages are trying to reference? Which IDE/Code Editor are you using?

For Client side librairies, bower is used for asp.net core and for Server side nuget is great for installing dlls.
