I use mysql database via MySQL 8.0 during some weeks. And today some of my data in database has disappeared. The database open without problems, but I can't find my data.

More likely it has been deleted using a wrong DELETE statement.
Not knowing much about MySQL but
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/binary-log.html may allow to find a trace of those row deletions to understand at least when it happened. Else you should have a proper restoration strategy in place.

There is a great command below or you may take a look at thing which I found in Google on query mysql repair tool
Repairing a table requires twice as much disk space as the original table (a copy of the data is made), so make sure you are not going to run out of disk space before you start.
