The "invalid_grant" error basically means that your refresh token no longer works. There are many cases here.
1. Maybe refresh token expired or has been revoked. The one solution to the problem is to request access again and get a new one.
It is important to always save the most recent refresh token that your user has granted your application.
2. Maybe indicate the redirect_uri parameter doesn’t match. You need to check your url and parameters are correct.
