I suggest that you could follow tourist article like this
And what I know to do for SEO is :
1: High clicked number
2: To use <meta
in which you want to be google"/>at your <head>
3: Add high clicked and alike site 's link in your site

google crawler read data from meta tag. but i am looking for different info that suppose i have forum and when any user post question in my forum then how could inform google crawler to crawl that page or send my forum post data to google crawler ?
for example please post a question in asp.net forum or stackoverflow. after posting search the google instantly with you post title then you will google is showing your post in search result. so i am curious to know how fast it can happen that the moment
people post a question in forum and that question title instantly appear in google search result.
i guess there must be some way to push data from my site to google search db.
if you know the answer then share the story with me.

Beside meta tag what we should do to get best seo things?
The subject is far to vast to discuss. IMHO, what Bruce said, "you need to focus on making your site useful and relevant", is about as concise as it gets.
If you want to learn SEO then an ASP support forum is not the place to start. You should start with Google's recommendations and branch out from there.
