When i delete in the if condition
this line and then update it shows me the error "An error occurred while the batch being executed"..below is my stored procedure...

According to your description and "error message", that only tell us you meet a error, but I am not clear what specify error message, so I hope you could post it.
Also I hope you could tell us why you want to delelete this, what specify effect you want? This will better help you to solve the problem!
