Getting an error connecting to Orac;le DB:
System.BadImageFormatException was unhandled
Message: An unhandled exception of type 'System.BadImageFormatException' occurred in mscorlib.dll
Additional information: Could not load file or assembly 'Oracle.DataAccess, Version=188.8.131.52, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89b483f429c47342' or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
What causes this type of error? Should I be using a different assembly or something?

Never mind, I fixed it, I had to use a different Oracle connector to make it work. I am all set. Thank you.

Could you please share how you resolved this issue so that it will be helpful to ppl like me. Your help is much appreciated.

I think you can use the Oracle Data Management DLL.
